Does anyone know if popping your back is bad for you? and why is it that A person's back can hurt, but then if someone pop's it, it feels better?

no. it is not bad for you. the 'popping' in your joints (back, knuckles, etc.) is caused by small air bubbles that accumulate.
well, by popping those bubbles, anyway, so it feels better because your back fits back together properly.

I used to pop my back often in school using the back of the desk chair and pushing on the desk. After a year or so, I began developing a back problem, I couldn't straighten myself up normally. I would have to straighten myself slowly and the pain still existed. Don't do it too often or you may have the similar symptoms. If you do it maybe once a week, I'm sure it couldn't possibly do you any damage.

Back popping is good to me. It pops things back in place and actually relieves the pain and tension. Knotted up muscles will feel better too Popping the neck can sure help relieve headaches and the tension or cricks in the neck......xx

Back popping is the closest thing I know to sex, and it lasts longer!!

i don't think it is bad for you.
and i'm guessing it feels better because you're pushing it back into place.
i love getting my back popped.
