We've got them available fresh in the best local store, Wegmans. Western New York has blue fingerlings right now.
Although when you cook 'em, they're really more purple than blue.
Consider a natural/organic foods market in your area. Often they can order something that's not very perishable.

buy a bag of potatoes and paint them blue and problem solved jk try whole foods or just google it on the interent

I know that you can purchase the eyes from seed catalogs like Burpee, but I'm not aware of any stores that sell them. Perhaps you would find them in an organic or health food store?

Shop Rite in the eastern USA often has them. some time Big Y as well usually in bags of mixed potatoes.
