A coworker put an poisonous; cancer causing; aerosol can under my machine and taped the sprayer down and I did not realize it until I was very ill. When this happened there were two witnesses that agreed to our supervisor the they did this. I reported it the next day and this person got fired. Other people have come forward to say this person has done the same thing to them. I have been getting nose bleeds and feeling ill every day since. What should I do?

contact Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and report the incidents. Obviously, there is a severe lack of safety controls if this person could get away with what he did--and more than once.

what do you mean by cancer causing?

and yes, definately call a lawyer, and sue both the guy, and the company for letting it happen.

as well as filing charges.
