Pull it out a little at a time.
Say you know "The guy's and I have been thinking about going to Vegas. I would love to take you but you don't have the time off of work. I kinda just wanted this to be.. you know.. a guys weekend out.." As a hypothetical situation and let her rant at the hypothetical situation.
If she agrees which we both know might not happen.. Just say yeah, well, I'll look into it then (Even though you already have the tickets)
If she argues and says thats selfish, just let her know you need time with the guys. You wouldn't stop her from having a girls night out. Let her be mad at the "hypothetical" situation and a week or two later you can announce "You know, I think I am going to go ahead to Vegas" and she will say something like.. "Yeah, without me!?" and you say "Yeah, I will make it up to you. We will do something together"
It's the best of both worlds. You told her so the blow up was mostly wasted on the hypothetical situation and when the real things comes she won't be as mad.
A word of advice. I have been there. She wants to know in advance to stop you or change your mind by making your life a living hell and pouting until you give in. She wants the privilaged information but will use that advance warning to throw a monkey wrench in all of your plans to to schedule an "emergency" the day before the trip and see if you will cancel. I have been there and done that. When I was about 20 I just used to go without telling her and deal with the fall out AFTER the trip (Dude, you're not married, GO!). Now at 30,a and married I prefer the fall-out before the trip and stand my ground. When did I as a grown-azzed man have to ask for permission to leave the house. As long as you aren't partying with hookers and strippers named cinnamon she shouldn't have a thing to say and if you are, I wouldn't admit it even when faced with photograpic evidence.. LOL Good luck!

I truly cannot understand why you just don't tell her the truth. Making up some story will come back and bite you in the butt. It ALWAYS does. There is no point in lying.
Just because you are a couple doesn't mean you have to do everything together. Yes she will be pissy about it, but she will get over it. You're going to Vegas not on a singles cruise.

Cover you junk and tell her now. Then tell her you respect her and that is why you told her now instead of waiting till later. If she is going to be mad you can not help it. I would of given her the option of going though even if you knew that she couldnt that was kinda bad. Then when she said she couldnt go she would of atleast been happy you asked her. tell her now and let her now she will be missed that is all you can do. I know she will be mad but you cant help that.... have a fun trip

meh, tell her. shes gonna be going out having fun without u as well. Thats a bit sad tho, if u dont want to take her... i mean what will u be doing that you dont want her to know about??? If u didnt feel guilty, u would have no problem telling her... meh whatever. 4 weeks is a long time.. while ur out watching the shows and strippers etc, hope she doesnt meet a guy who actually wants to take her places with him... you could come back single.

You need to tell her as soon as possible. Most of the time, if I know what's going on with my mate, I really don't get mad because they aren't trying to "hide" things from me.
Just be straight up with her & explain that you're going without her due to the difference in your vacation allowances. If you want to score some points while you're gone, send her silly little trinkets while you're in Vegas so that she knows you're still thinking of her. : )
Have a safe & fabulous trip!
