I am going to an Adult School?

I am going to a adult school for my GED and I am 34 years old and there is a Subsuite teacher that dose not subsiute in my class all the time and he dose not teach at my school all the time either. And I think he likes me and I think he is cute too. How do I ask him If he is married and ask him out.
