Is it possible to make my mouth smaller?

I have a huge mouth and was wondering, is there anything they can do to make my maxilla smaller?

What about removing those fang like teeth? I have read that the maxilla can grow in size, even after development, but I am unaware if it can shrink.

You can but would need to have braces or surgery. The orthodontist could remove your premolars (behind fang teeth) and pull your dentition in along with some of the jaw bone that holds the teeth. You may also need surgery depending on the situation. See an orthodontist first.
