Im sure some of them might believe, but i think that for the most part, they are the worlds greatest con-men. These preachers should be massacared for all of the lying, cheating, and stealing they have done to so many lives.

There might be a few closeted atheists among preachers - if they became atheists after becoming preachers, I imagine they'd be under some serious pressure to not renounce their faith. While a full blown atheist stuck as a preacher might be a little unlikely, it seems downright probable that many of them have become agnostic. Who else is more pressed to think hard about their beliefs and answer tough religious questions? I actually happen to know very well a Methodist minister who has privately informed me that he does not believe that Jesus was the Son of God.

Nobody is really bad. I feel we all have good intentions.
People just ARE.
To deny something is to imply that it might be true.
People don't like hearing this but the reason people label themselves atheists, christians, etc. The reason they do this is because they are socially conditioned to believe they are what others tell them are. Also it's for a sense of identity and seperation from other groups. This is the ego, not the true essence of self.
This need to be RIGHT and for others to be WRONG is what causes conflict.
If you feel somewhat negative towards this post then that is your ego being bruised and while you probably wouldn't admit it -- on a deep level you know it to be true. Maybe I'm completely wrong though.

Well, it's been revealed that Mother Theresa was actually leaning towards atheism... so I think that there could be a lot of christian preachers who don't believe in the Christian god.
This would explain why so many big name preachers are brought down for doing "sinful" things. Included is Oral Robert's son, Jerry Falwell, Jim Bakker, Haggard, etc.

Are you presently blurring together atheism and Idolatry? (Idolatry being man is a false god)! (In recent past on here; perhaps I have blurred it also). (In another sense; perhaps they can be the same). After all, even the deviland his followers believe in Jesus (James 2:19).

I really doubt they are atheists. There's no way they'd be able to stand up there every Sunday and go through that farce if they were.

You would think they'd have to be; it would at least enable them to do their job much more efficiently. I forget which pope it was that said "It has served us well, this fable of Christ." But I think a lot of them are probably deeply conflicted individuals.

Some of them probably are Atheists with a lack of morality.
But most are what they say they are which is much scarier.

Your typos contradict what you are actually trying to say. I'll try my best:
Preachers wouldn't preach if they didn't believe what they were spreading. They wouldnt waste their time. They know Jesus is Lord, so they tell.
