You should probably lower your intake of calories to around 1200-1300. You're exercising so that will give you some calories to play with. Safe weight loss is 1/2 to 2 pounds a week. Anything more than that and you're asking for trouble. The good news is you can lose 15-20 pounds in a little over 2 months.

I heard this from more then one person...
Eat 6 times a day every 3 hrs.
Suggestion:
Morning : Oatmeal or Fruit or a healthy cereal
Snack: Fruit, Hard Boiled Eggs, Carrots or Celery
Lunch: Veggies, Salad or Lean Cusines
Snack : Same as snacks above
Dinner: Chicken (Not Fried), Veggies, Soup or Salad
Snack : Same as snacks above
Stay within a 1000 calories a day.
Exercise at least 3times a week.
STAY AWAY FROM SODA, FRIED FOODS & FAST FOOD.
I suggest eating lean cusines for a meal there good & they help u stay within the calorie limit plus they have many things to choose from. Dried fruit is also good for those sweet cravinings.
I have tried this diet for a min & a lot of people been telling me I lost at least ten/fifteen pounds. I just have 10 more to go for my goal weight.
Good Luck Believe in yourself...
Also treat yourself have a day where you can eat whatever you want like on the weekend just dont over due it. Then get back on it the next day.

You are doing it wrong but the food and drug companies want you to be fat and sick. There are more diets than ever and more people dieting than ever and yet we have the fattest society ever. So a lot of these ideas about losing weight, make you fatter. Cutting calories, carbs and fats can cause you to have a weight problem for life. It is better to eat differently. See site below and learn why lean meat and non-fat yogurt are so fattening. The people counting calories are the fat people.
Also salt has no calories but makes you fat. This also has the quickest weight loss possible. Eat good carbs, not bad carbs. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Eat foods made by nature
and avoid foods made by man which are designed to make you fat and very addicted to food. Do the ninja warrior diet (not a diet but a diet lifestyle). 5th link on "LINKS" page is BMI calculator to see if you are overweight.

Stick with your aerobics!
figure out your Maximum Heart Rate (226 minus age if your are female and 220 minus your age if you are male). e.g. I'm 18 and male so
220 - 18 = 202... 202 is my MHR!
now find out 65% of your maximum heart rate to find out what is called your "fat burning zone". take your answer and times it by 0.65!
202 x 0.65 =131... so 131 is my supposed "fat burning zone".
You want to stay in and around your fat burning zone for more than 20 minutes continusly for it to be effective. Try getting a heart rate monitor for effective readings.
I recommend getting a body stat test before you start trying to cut your calories back. You should be able to book one at your local gym.

Don't eat anything, at all. Oh and chop your legs off and kill your metabolism and kidneys.
Sadly, to loose weight at stay healthy there aren't a lot of options. Try some vitamin boosters, and caffine, but thats about it.
