They're called the unscathed. The uninitiated. The lucky ones. Love apart for the love parents etc have for a child or a child 's love for parents,or a sibling etc love...in other words...of blood love...is real......anything else.. is a romantic dream waiting to be shattered by reality. There is no such thing, it's all testosterone and chemistry and hormones...and when they die so does love..... and anyone stupid enough to believe in love eternal and I'll never hurt you, is totally naive and far too trusting. That breathless love soon turns to habit or if it remains, there'll be pain somewhere along the line. Through death, thru infidelity, thru falling out of love, you name it....it's the world's biggest joke is love and it's on us.........

I believe in love and do find it amazing, but I don't obsess over it...if it's an obsession I would call the person dazed and confused. There is a LOT to learn about love, most folks have an idealized vision of it and are quite surprised to learn that it's hard work!

Depending on if they put it into practice or if it is all just hypothesis. If the person is saying these things and yet to meet that right person I would call them "in love with the idea of being in love".
If they are in a relationship I would just call them extremely happy!!

The word that comes to mind is immature. You are living in lala land really.Love is great but never ever perfect. You are setting yourself up for big disappointment if you honestly believe this.
