If so; what did you learn from it?

My Grandmother. She is really a dragon, and I have learned to stay clear from the path of her fire breathing mouth. LOL. No, really, she is something else! I have never encountered a supernatural Being, but have been witness to supernatural events. I have learned that relying on only what we can see and touch is ignorance.

actually I have had a very charmed enchanted unusual life

But you used the word "super"natural
I am not sure ghosts or even nature fairies would fit in the category of what I remember when you say supernatural

It was a few years back
I was going outside taking a break from a class and walking off to an outdoor drinking fountain
there was something that just kinda quickly got built up as far as being aware of something
and everything was being a bit 'special' in feeling if you can know what I mean

then off about 50 - 70 feet from me
I saw 7 differently colored lights all in a row one over the other from about 15 feet high up to about I would say as high as a three story building
There was a definate subtle interchange of flow of a substance like a fluid light weaving between the lights

I definatly understood even though at that moment the whole thing was confusing me and shaking me up
some other than ordinary human being was showing to me that it was there and knew that I was seeing whatever it was that I was seeing.

Well at that point in time I had already more than once in conversation discussed with friends my concept that when the one now known as Jesus in that book was 'transfigured' on the mount, there were already also two others - Moses and Elijah - that had "Resurrected" bodies and were alive Years Beyond when they would have ordinarily perished.
So I already had the idea that non ordinary beings could be amongst us and we wouldnt even know.

What I learned from that encounter is that not only might we not even know
but that there are greater things that we cant even fathom even when such is shown to us.
I have not much respect for organized religion.
I remember in my studies finding a great sense of relief when I read someone somewhere claim that the current concept of a principal 'person' as a god developed when the 'German' Thules (not sure I am wording correctly) brought the concept of superhero Mythology into the Mediterranean Roman- Persian Principle (not principal) understanding of God. Thus creating the concept that God was some individual head honcho with the beard etc.

So disregarding the concepts of organized religion, I am still intensely curious just what happened to those who were driven to write what they wrote that now is been transformed into dogmatic scripture.

This is the first time I am writing of this
so even of writing of this I am understanding that you will read it and understand from your own point of view
because even I writing it cannot actually "share" in fullness the experience by describing in the limited way I just have

But I will tell you as one flesh and blood person to another
that yes I have encountered a supernatural being
and what I learned is that in ways they are just another like us but different
and we living where life is so plentiful that we consider ourselves just "common" or even view life as 'cheap'
are also 'supernatural'
and somewhere we have a lot of wrong ideas about being alive
and even of what is possible

Well, I've encountered some things that may have been supernatural, they are more unexplainable. Like once when I was a kid I lived in a pretty large house and only my mom and I were home that night. We had bedrooms on opposite sides of the house and we were both waken up by a SUPER bright light coming from the hallway. The light was brighter than any normal light bulb and it wasn't coming from the outside through the windows. It was bright enough to wake us both up. To this day, neither one of us can explain what the heck it was. It definitely wasn't the hallway light, it was sooooo much brighter than that. I didn't learn anything from this experience though.

I always get made fun of when I tell this on here, but I saw a demon in a guy once. It appeared that another face was on top of his natural face you could see him through it but the demonic face was dominant when it would manifest its self. His voice would also change. I saw it several times and said nothing until someone else said something about it. I was so relieved that someone else had seen it and I could talk about it with them.I was a brand new Christian at the time and was previously an atheist and had believed all of that type stuff...God the devil, the supernatural, was for crazy people. And here I was seeing a demon! It was overwhelming.I learned that demons were real and that they indeed could possess a person.

I was giving thanks to God one evening two years ago, for all my blessings, and I asked how I could show my appreciation for them. In a quiet, but distinct voice, I heard simply, "Go, and help others." That's when I started my building my website and participating in forums to help others learn how to fight their way out of depression. Since then, I've also dedicated my life to helping others fight diabetes and fibromyalgia. It's the least I could do in return for Him helping me come back from that horrible depression that nearly killed me.

Outside of that, it's just been mostly subnatural beings that I encounter.

Yes: God. The most important thing I learned was how to love.
