so i want to know what is a clever line to use when asking her out for lunch or hang out .sarcastic or funny but not serious so i dont scare her off

Just ask her out, It doesn't need to be a funny or sarcastic line, Be nice to her and always compliment her dress, hair, nail polish, style or whatever ( try to be funny too, it helps a lot), once she feels comfortable with you, I'll be hard for her to say no, One more tip, smile and ask like she can't say no when you ask her, thats should work :)

Basic: "I know a great place for lunch I'm sure you'd like. Care to join me?"
Alternate: "I'm dying for (type of cuisine) today, would you like go come? I know a good place for it."
Silly: "Howzabout we go tie on the feed bag together at lunchtime?"
Doofist, and you should know her pretty well to try this one: "Let's go put on a pound, I know just the place."

The best ive ever heard is a guy takes out his phone real quick, hands it to the girl and says "quick gimme your number before i dont want it anymore"...id give him my number...

ask her if she has 50c. when she asks why tell her it's so she can call her mum and tell her she won't be home tonight
