I just got a car and i only have four screws....i wanted to screw all four screws in the back...instead of two in the front and two in the back, plus i want my car to be diff from everyone else. Does it result in points on your license as well?

Don't know about Maryland but here in Texas it's $150 and they don't take any excuses. My boss had a Vet years ago that he bought from the dealer with no front plate and no holes to boly one to. The cop listened to his sad story and said, "Tough", sign the ticket here. The next day he went down and got new plates and found a way to install the front one.

Well, tell you what. Whatever the fine is, it's a lot more than the cost of buying 4 more screws to put the front plate on.

Yes, in Maryland you must have a front plate.
