For your second anniversary is should be something cotton if you believe that 25 years is silver etc I would recommend a gist like seen on the website below. It's sweet and original.

i really wouldnt care for the gift but i would most definetly love a romantic dinner and walk on the beach and just to talk abt us and just 4 u to b mine for a few hours thats all i would want....and then make love....the end to a wonderful night
