It could be something you're eating, or maybe you're not going to the bathroom enough, sometimes if you don't have a proper bowel movement your skin suffers. Drink plenty of water and write down everything you eat, then subtract one item off the list until you figure out what is making you break out.

your skin changes every 7 years i heard. Try using a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer in the morning and at night (might want to try proactiv) . Im 24 and i just started using a microdermabrasion kit 1x per week and my skin is so soft and smooth. I have had the same problem as you but you just cant skip on cleansing your face morning and night!

stress can cause you to break out, so i would recommend relaxing, and drinking lots of water, too. it could also be medications and diet, but water is very important to cleanse your skin.
