A dutch vven is literally a cooking pot with a tight-fitting lid. It means that food can be baked or roasted on the top of a stove. However, as a euphemism, it can refer to trapping flatus (gas) under bed covers, using the imagery of trapped heat in a dutch oven under a tight-fitting lid.

No dear, the Dutch oven is quite a beautiful thing. I frequently dutch oven my boyfriend. The quintessential Dutch oven is performed when you let out a fart when lying under a blanket with someone; preferably silent for discreet purposes and optimum reaction, and you put the blanket over their head so they can consume the lovely fumes harbored beneath.

It's a male thing...
A dutch over refers to when 2 people are in bed together, and one person passes gas (farts) under the covers, then they pull the covers up over their partners head and hold it down forming a "fart oven" called a Dutch Oven. The slient farts are the most lethal though.

A dutch oven is a cast iron cookin pot with a tight fitting lid, suitable for slow cooking stews, casseroles and roasting meats. That's all I know it to mean, maybe they have an "inside joke" about it.
EDIT: sorry I'm not american and didn't know about this flatulence in bed thing...

If you fart in bed, you quickly pull the bedclothes over your partner's head so they are trapped underneath the blankets with the fart. That's a Dutch oven.
