Just wondering, how old do you have to be to be able to buy/drink energy drinks like Monster or Rockstar?Because we're like mostly 14,and we drink it.I dont drink it often though, just once in a while.

There is no age limit on them. They cost a bunch though. I really don't think they help you much. They don't contain alcohol, they are high in sugar and have a bit more caffeine than normal. So don't think they will give you a buzz. You pay more for extra sugar and caffeine. big deal. Save your money and get something normal. if you were diabetic it would make you have a reaction, but they couldn't sell it if it would hurt you.

I don't think there is an age limit for energy drinks. I started drinking them a little when I was 17 and didn't have any problem buying them. Same for my brother who is now 14.

energy drinks are made for athletes
noot for social gatherings

kids just want to get high and have fun.

a boy at my sons high school drank 3 back to back
and was in the hospital passing out from high blood pressure

now do you still think they are made for kids......

20 somthing and dead tired from training 4 hrs a day
5 days a week,that;s who they were made for./...

not for party boys and girls...

it;s like diet softdrinks, they were made for people
with diabetes,or grossly over weight.

they were never intended for kids or adults that are fit and healthy.

it;s how the public thinks, that sells this junk.

aspartimine is an acid, it;s eats the lining of your stomach.

my uncle is a doctor and he treats both kids and adults
with cronic indegestion from aspartimine poisoning......

so do what you want, but get the facts 1st....

There is no age limit, I don't think, it's just that it's unhealthy. I drink it all the time, though, and I buy it for myself, I'm 14 also

Rashid, what the hell is the point on your life? both way, capacity beverages in a lot of cases contain a tonne of sugar, fairly the more cost-effective no style capacity beverages. i imagine 1 million an afternoon is very a lot tolerable, yet even then you actually're eating a lot of sugar, in extra of what attempt to be. in case you workout many times this should not be a subject matter, in case you do not, merely shrink back slightly, all of it enables.

The drinks are available to anyone in the U.S., though they do carry "warning" labels on how to be used.
