i use them every morning and every night. i dont have any acne at all, because they keep your pores clean. but you have to be religious about it. it might take a while to get used to (cause it might take an extra few minutes, so you might have to get up earlier) but in the long run it is sooo worth it. and dont expect instant results, you have to let your skin 'get used' to being cleaned then it will all go away.

Yes. Keeping your pores clean will help prevent the buildup that causes acne.
Avon has some really nice facial cleansers. The line is called Clearskin...they have nice refreshing every day ones and granular ones for once-in a while use.
I love the how make my face feel clean and fresh. I am too old to have acne, but still get a blemish or too and this seems to help.
Also, try to limit your sugar and greasy food intake. This may help your acne from the internal source.
Good luck.

YES!
The Clearasil Ultra line (face wash + treatment) work VERYY good!
And you can buy it at Target, Walmart, ect!
It clears skin a bit in 3 days.
Though, I suggest a moisturizer too (look at a different brand and find one to match your skin tone)- everyone should use one- yes even if your skin is oily (especially)!.
Though, be aware it takes 1-2weeks, sometimes even a month, for any facial cleanser to start working completely.
Also, drink more water and start eating healthier and excirciseing!
AND, I highly suggest Skin vitamins- check out GNC- I get Hair, Skin, And Nail vitamins, though I mostly have problem skin, why not help them all!

Yes......Cetaphil is by far is the best I've found.. Most cosmetologist will tell you it's the best thing to wash your face with. Leaves my face clean and not dried out. I keep it in my shower and wash with it all the time. If I don't my face dries out and gets real oily.. With acne if you dry your face out too much your face will produce more oil....hence the acne. Cetaphil will keep that from happening. You also need a good moisturizer. One that's for your skin type. If it's real bad acne try Proactive...I've heard all good things about it. Hope this helped. Good luck.
