keep a journal. at the end of EVERY day, write down two things you're proud of yourself for accomplishing that day. It can be anything from getting somewhere on time to losing half a pound. Read this journal to yourself when you feel especially insecure.
keep a seperate journal and in this one write two things you like about yourself (it can be personality, looks, skills, etc.). Remember to write in it EVERY day.
Then set a goal for yourself. plan out what you'll eat and how much you'll excercise. maybe write out a weekly schedule. This will keep you focused on improving your looks while also staying healthy. keyword: healthy.
hope I helped!

being insecure IS okay its when you allow it to effect your life on a daily living
Who you are today isn;t who you have to stay being
Jesus loves you exactly the way you are but he wont leave you that way
You may want to realize that admiiting you have a problem is half the problem the other half is dealing with it
When ever you see a women that you believe is more beautiful than you stop that thinking right there and say to yourself God made me perfect exactly the way Iam
you can wish to look or be others and it wont happen
tell yourself everyday God loves me and my approval comes from god not people how do you know these people you think are better than. really are . how do you know they aren;t trying to be like you in some way
maybe your really smart
or very caring
you are valued every day but
the answer to your problem is that you must believe
just because you dont see worth in you doesnt mean others do you just think others think of you the same way you think off you
believe the good things about you and when you start telling yourself jelous thought tell your mind to stop right NOW
and start telling yourself I am beautiful smart loving artistic whatever you are even if you dont believ it right now

Loving yourself takes time, practice and positive reinforcement on a moment by moment basis in the beginning.
I had very low self esteem and depression for a long time.
I finally discovered that suffering was optional.
Positive affirmations really work.
Writing gratitude lists are a huge help.
I also wrote on the bathroom mirror.
The messages written to myself were loving and supportive.
I tried smiling even when inside I was gloomy.
Eventually my friends and family noticed the difference.
Funny thing happened.
I began to enjoy smiling. Eventually my mood changed.
My self esteem increased.
I had fooled myself.
Get a book of affirmations and use them. It helps!
If you remain in an emotional slump, I would recommend seeking professional help, a support group, etc.
Most of all, don't give up.
I wish you the best in life.

Are you off of the medication now? You should be able to slim back down after you stop taking this medicine. My son did.
In the US, beauty is equated with slimness. We all know this is wrong, that chubby people are just as valuable to society, make great friends, moms and wives. But there is a lot of pressure, esp in high school to be skinny.
If you haven't gotten off of that medicine, talk to your dr. about changing to another that doesn't cause weight gain. You shouldn't have to put up with that.
When my son got off of his med, all the time, he was just dropping weight, until he was back to his old, normal skinny self.
Look at yourself in the mirror every day and say, "I love you. I really love you." Keep saying it every day until you mean it.
