Hello to all. It is your help which I seek. I buy the shampoo at the store that say "make hair shine and shimmer" but the problem is I put the shampoo on the hair and he still just sit in cage not glowing. He is not shiney or shimmery he just sit there and poop and twitch noes. Why they sell the broken shampoo yes??

It also say that it make hair beautiful but he still have three tail and extra ear. They have lied about this "shampoo"
