I guess you'd take into consideration the average life span of a male or female, but the average age incorporates all the ages at which people died.

Don;t you think it's stupid saying it doesn't matter what age you are, as long as you are free of any 'defects' or diagnosable causes? Oh, a 6 year old died of natural causes?

Anyone, even a newborn or child can die of natural causes. Natural causes simply refers to any cause of death that is not foul play. For example, anyone at any age can have an aneurism , the rupture of a blood vesel, there is not always a reason for this.

I hope this helps!

First you would have to define "Natural Causes", My Grandfather died when he was 67 from a massive heart attack. Natural? Well, sure...no one drugged him and he wasn't murdered. My ex-husbands father died when he was 54 from an epileptic seizure. Natural? Well he had the condition all his life and it finally wore him down. I think that Natural Causes is when your body quits on you, which can happen to anyone, any time, any age.

a person can die of natural causes at any age. From infants on up to octogenarians. Age isn't a factor when it comes to death, it can happen at anytime, so enjoy each day that you have to the fullest, as it might very well be your last.

If there is no obvious reason for that person to die then it would always be natural causes no matter the age.
