There are quiet rules in libraries and some people are the self-appointed Quiet Police. They shush everyone who speaks above a whisper and glare at anyone who turns pages too loudly and even toss tissues at snifflers and coughers.

Rude. Very rude.

Talk to the librarians for help. They LOVE to help. :) Librarians are the unsung heroes of knowledge!
