Wellbutrin does not decrease sex drive, and in some cases, it does just the opposite. I like one of the previous responses to also try a non-medical approach. The link below has a self-help approach that can be very effective - the steps are listed on the left of the page.

How about a non-medical cure? Panic almost always are triggered by excessive worry on something that may happen in the near future or guilt from the past. Well, the past is gone and future is not here yet. To prevent panic/anxiety attacks from happening, think about the present moment instead.

Several ways to focus on the present moment:

Breathe slower than normal, pay attention to how it fills. air going thru your nostrils.

Get a hold of anything solid, then study all it's nooks and crannies. A stone, raisin etc.

Try to sense every part of your body except the areas that may be causing the panic.

Example, if you are having a panic attack because you are feeling claustrophobic and cannot breathe, don't think about breathing, think about how your toes are feeling or some other part of your body. Perhaps your butt as it presses against the chair your sitting on. Perhaps, the soles of your feet if you are standing up.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

Unfortunately, low sex drive is a common side effect from anti depressants. There's nothing you can do about it except try to use your imagination to spice things up.
