In a sense, I am. The atoms which constitute my body are as old as the universe itself, and when I die, those very atoms will exist until every star in the universe flickers out, or the universe reverts back to a singularity.

Not according to the bible. In Genesis it says that God took away access to the tree of life so that Adam and Eve would not become eternal beings.

Cause and effect are inseperable,what rises up falls away.
However in the absolute sense we are all just universe, so as eternal as that I suppose.

My soul is eternal.
But body isn't.
Think of your computer, your using the mouse, keyboard and screen to acces files, internet and stuff.
The computer is your interface with the virtual world.
Your body is your interface with the real world.
