1] use only baby wash for sensitive skin on her. Try some Aveeno, Burt's Bees Buttermilk Lotion, etc.
Alternate scrubbing her entire body one day, with just washing 'important parts' [ neck, armpits, bottom, between fingers and toes] the second day.
2] don't let her take long baths.
3] blot dry, then rub in sensitive skin lotion, to seal in moisture.

That is what i was about to say ..but if you are already using Johnson & Johnson ...I don't know maybe you should call her doctor and tell the doctor that you are using all different types of lotions and you don't see a improvement ....her doctor will probably give you an idea or a RX lotion ! Hope this helps for you ! Good luck !

I have a 2 1/2 boy who suffered of psoriasis and have been using Arbonne's ABC system and never had a brake out again. It is botanical based, no fragance or color dye, vegan certified and no mineral oil. YOu would love this for your babys skin.

I like Keri. Or try petroleum jelly, rub some on your hands to warm it up, then rub on her skin.
