will a 03 f-150 truck shell, fit on an 04 f-150 bed style?

both trucks are long bed.

No. The 2004 F150 was a complete redesign.
Both the cab & bed of the '03 & '04 are completely different from one another

no, the bed on the 04 is wider between the inside wheel wells

depends on the bed, is it long bed or short bed, is it flare side or fleet side, etc. check with your local shell dealer, they will be able to tell you better.

no they do not hahe the same frames & cabs mount in different places
