What is your source? How can your number be varified?

I dont have the numbers, but I have a solution. If individual areas can provide "Santuary" then others can provide relief for citizens suffering from the infestation of illegals by developing "containment camps". Too severe? I dont think so. If we confine illegals in squaller until the government decides to enforce the laws on immigration perhaps fewer would cross the border. They clearly have a violent nature, let them kill each other in their temporary home behind electrified fences. Go ahead, report me, I am only saying what you wish you could.

Using tunavamp's numbers and a calculator I get;

12 x 365 = 4,380 deaths per year at the hands of illegal immigrants.

According to the The Disaster Center who prepare the UCR Crime Statistics, I have the following information. (link 1)

Total murders in 2006 across the United States 17, 034 deaths, no one taken in account as to blame it's just numbers.
I'm sure if you surf the page what you want to find has to be there somewhere.

Then the new math would be;

17,034 divided by 365 = 46.668 deaths per day
I will round down to 46 deaths to simplify the math.

46 - 12 = 34 deaths at the hands of who?

I only want to point out that there's a larger number out there.
It is possible that one day the numbers will lean the other way, but as of now I would worry more about the other 34 cases due to plea bargains, good time, early release and such. I think the average U.S. citizen will fair better in the court system than an illegal immigrant.

Anyone one willing to pound the link provided for better stats is welcome to do so, I am always open to listening.

One cannot answer this question because the meaning of 'American' isn't clear:

- A person or attribute of South or North America
- A person or attribute of the indigenous peoples of South or North America
- A citizen or attribute of the ’United States of America’: the political correct term
is 'US-American'

Not all illegal aliens are violent but since the majority are, it makes Americans wary to have them here. And illegal is illegal, no matter where they are from. I read the newspapers and see the things on TV and online and I don't need an exact number to know that any deaths that happen due to illegals are one too many. They shouldn't be here at all.

Chef 2 Go

NO. That's the PARENT'S fault for bringing them here illegally to start with. By sending an kid into adulthood as an illegal alien, a parent is NOT doing a kid any favors or setting them up in life. PERIOD.

Be careful with that question. Because you have to define illegal immigrant.

If you consider somebody illegal because crossed the border and enter illegally the US. It's OKay

BUT if you consider as a illegal immigrant someone that came when it was 4 years old and raised as an american, only speak english and now is 30 and killed a person, yet this person does not have a legal status.. I would say NO.

Some criminals have been labeled "illegals" but they have been in this country all their live. They dont even speak spanish. But they have a latin name. Thats the US system fault.

12 every day http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=53103

Isn't that scary? That's 4,380 a year, if I have my math right. (Had to do it in my head) That's FAR more American deaths than Iraq and Afghanistan combined -- which is roughly 4,000 a year averaged over the 4 years of the Iraq war.

You'll get a lot of people who won't answer this question, but will just tell you that "more people die from this" or "more people die from that". You can thank me now for the honest and complete answer to your very specific question. ;)

I believe it's about 12 per day, and that includes homicides by drunken illegal aliens. It is probably more, since not all crimes are solved. I am not saying that all illegal aliens are violent criminals, but, my God, we should be identifying and deporting the illegal alien criminals and drunk drivers, pronto!
