If you park under a tree, it could be tree sap. If tree sap sits on the paint too long, it will eat through the clear coat. Then washing and waxing will take the sap off, but it will not cure the spots, only repainting will; also could it be water spots? if it is water spots, a local detail shop would be able to get them out using rubbing compound and a buffer. Hope this helps!

I also reccomend a complete detail job and hood buffing when it becomes time to turn in the Murano. But wait till the day before turning in the Lease. If you get it professionally cleaned up before you will want to keep it.
