You asked if it will work, but you didn't say what the goal is..?

You also didn't say how old you are, how much you currently weigh or how much body fat you have.

So, to answer your question in a general sense:
1) The extra calcium will not do much for you
2) The multivitamin is a good idea--try one that is 'chelated' which means 'time-release' otherwise you wind up peeing out a lot of it.
3) It is a better idea to eat healthy 100% of the time. But you didn't say what you meant by your 80%. Don't avoid the 'good' stuff, just eat way less of it. Ex: Have two chocolate chip cookies instead of five.
4) It is a better idea to try to be consistent with your caloric intake than to shift it around. Your hunger level will never have a chance to level off if the amount that you eat switches by day.
5) The running is a good plan. Make sure you take at least that one day off. If you up the miles, you should take at least one more day per week off.
6) Try this too: http://www.fitday.com to log your food and activity. It is a pain in the **** for the first two days but then becomes manageable in less than 3min per day. And it is free. With this, you will see that no matter how much you eat, the ideal caloric deficit is 400-500 calories per day when you are trying to lose weight. If you burn 1,200 during a run, you will likely need at least another 800-1,000 to sustain life functions.

Sounds good, but i'd say it'll only work if you stick at it, but I'm presuming you will seeing as you have gone to the bother of going this far with it, and you are taking multivitamins and calcium, but maybe reduce the calcium to 10% and Good Luck.

I don't really think it is good for your body to have less than 1500 calories per day especially if you are running almost every day.
If you ate 1500 calories every day and ran - you would lose weight.
