Only One:
"You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews."
John 4:22
"do not boast over those branches (unbelieving Jews). If you do, consider this: You (Gentiles believers) do not support the root, but the root supports you."
Romans 11:18
The "root" here, as I understand it, is God's Covenant promises to the descendants of Abraham.

Judaism, Christianity get their roots from the Jewish people.
Its not that I don't respect other people, it their beliefs that I don't agree with.
Having said that, in addition to Judaism, I feel that Buddhist are some of the nicest people. I haven't met one I didn't like. However, that doesn't mean I agree with them, nor will being nice and honorable save them. There are also many different religions and/or non-religions that do do charitable acts and are great people, as it pertains to earth, but again, this won't save them. The beliefs I can not respect, the people I can as it pertains to earthly standards. It is non-negotiable, there is only one way to eternal salvation, Jesus.
Having said all the above, might I point out that there are many denominations of Christianity that I also do not respect and believe. It is best to just have a personal relationship with Jesus than to claim a denomination. I am a Christian because I strive to be, as is the meaning of Christian, Christ Like.

On an individual basis, there are certainly some Christians who can respect the religions of other people, and some who can't.
Of course, ANY religion when you get right down to it is going to believe that the people from other religions are "wrong", or at the very least not as good as getting to the heart of matters as their own religion is.

In my opinion, the answer is none. Christianity has turned against almost all religions at time or another. It is least tolerant of it's own denominations if you can believe it! Jesus taught us to love our enemies. The story with the good Samaritan says it all. Samaritans and Judeans hated each other on account of their faith, but Jesus showed that we should help those with a different view of things, regardless. In America it might not be so bad, but here in Greece, it is instilled in young people's minds that being a Jew or a Jehovah's Witness is equal to being a Satanist. I actually had to defend myself in a meeting with the headmaster and other teachers of the school, because I told my students to respect other people's faith!

This question comes down to the individual Christian. Some Christians respect all other religions...some don't. I try to keep an open mind about other religions, especially since I don't know a whole lot about a good many of them. Also, individuals within a religion vary, just as they do in Christendom; and so for the sake of the non-radicals of every religion, I don't judge the religion as a whole.
If we follow the example of Christ, we should accept all religions (but not necessarily their teachings). Jews considered Samaritans and Gentiles to be "swine". They wouldn't even use the same plates or cups as them. Here we see the clear division in Christ's instructions:
Matthew 10:5-6:
5These twelve Jesus sent out with the following instructions: "Do not go among the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans. 6Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel.
However, Jesus did reach out to both Samaritans and Gentiles:
John 4:7-10:
7When a Samaritan woman came to draw water, Jesus said to her, "Will you give me a drink?" 8(His disciples had gone into the town to buy food.)
9The Samaritan woman said to him, "You are a Jew and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink?" (For Jews do not associate with Samaritans.)
10Jesus answered her, "If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water."
Matthew 15:21-28:
21Leaving that place, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is suffering terribly from demon-possession."
23Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, "Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us."
24He answered, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel."
25The woman came and knelt before him. "Lord, help me!" she said.
26He replied, "It is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs."
27"Yes, Lord," she said, "but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters' table."
28Then Jesus answered, "Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted." And her daughter was healed from that very hour.
Even though it is obvious there was a rigid dividing line between the Jews and the Samaritans and Gentiles, including their religious practices, Jesus respected them regardless...as these scriptures show.
Bottom line: As Christians we are to respect everyone, regardless of their religious beliefs...no, wait, scratch that...we are to love everyone regardless of their religious beliefs.
So this, then is the problem; if we are disrespectful to a person's religion, are we showing them love? IMO, no. However, loving and agreeing they are right are two different things. I can say to a person, "I love you, but I don't think your religious beliefs are correct", and still be loving in my interactions with them.
Respect is something that every person deserves as a child of God, no matter who they are. To disrespect a person's religion is to disrespect the person; as most people's religious beliefs are very close to their heart and define who they are as a person.
My opinion:
Christians should respect any religion who's basic tenents don't involve harm to another...and even in that case, it's not that you should be disrespectful, so much as opening the eyes to the wrong in the action.

I personally respect any religion that promotes treating people the way you would like to be treated. I don't know a lot about other religions, but I guess that's why I'm here.
