It depends on the nature of the spirits.
In the case of elemental spirits, we usually call upon them to be present in our temple space and to lend their energies to the rite, as representatives of the elements that make up the world.
In the case of Deities, we invite Them to join us in our temple space and to bless our rites, but one cannot command the Gods. In a ritual called Drawing Down the Moon, a priestess may invite the Goddess to descend into her body and mind and speak through her, but this rite is performed only under very specific circumstances.
The key words are respect, specificity (making it clear exactly what you want), and honor.

I beleive my animals have spririts and I interact with my dogs daily. I also have goats and a cat who only interacts with me when he's hungry. So yes I interact with non-human spirits. Oh do you mean plant life....I do tham too I love my trees and my flowers and my garden. Becuase the more love I give them the more they seem to give me.

Non human? As in what? Elementals? I've never seen one, only heard about them so I can't say since I don't know.

Until you are in the position it is rather difficult to explain. there is almost a universalism in wills that communication can happen through, almost like telepathy. Its really amazing. I wish i was better with words so i could explain it further....its really something you have to experience for yourself to understand.

a wiccan already has a demonic spirit....which is then free to communicate to any other spirit nearby.

You will have plenty of time for that when you will go where you are leading up to , only it is eternal, do you hate yourself that much to burn.
