Say "Sir, would you rather me poop in my pants, which means the smell could permeate throughout the office, or would you rather me do it in the bathroom, where it is supposed to smell like crap?".
If he's really adamant about not taking breaks, and you are up to humiliating yourself, crap in your pants and inform whoever comments that "my boss never lets me take a break, and I had to go!". Expect to possibly lose your job or get severely reprimanded.

Well pooing in your pants will probably get you fired.. He has to give you a break after 6 hours by law anyways.

Well, unless your working in a third-world country, it's a legal requirement that you have breaks at given times. If you need to run to the toilet every ten minutes, then maybe that's excessive. If not, then stand up for yourself.

Oh shoot, go ahead and 'poo' your pants. Surely, you have passed the 'raise your hand' when you have to go to the bathroom, age. Just get up and go to the bathroom when you have to go. We are all grownups!
