So, what is so "evil" about innocent children dressing up in costumes and going from door to door collecting candy?
Why is it "wicked" for kids to have good, happy fun?
Do you think Satan is enjoying the shouts of happy children when they get their free candy, and play their harmless pranks?
Do you think he just loves it when people open their doors and shriek in pretend terror at the ghosts, witches and hobgoblins asking for treats?
Or do you think he cringes at all the joy "his" day is generating?
Hmmmm...
I'm giving away good, wholesome chocolate to the ghosts and goblins who come to my door this evening...
I understand that ghosts, hobgoblins, and various other miniature beggars just love peanut butter cups...

No, I see nothing wrong with the kids trick or treating as long as they are not celebrating EVIL, unfortunately some use this as a day to commit evil, so do you think that is okay?

Generally I'd agree if the costumes were light and fun. But they get more and more "sick" in a sense celebrating death, murder and evil. Imagine how confused the Lord is seeing us celebrating the Evil One.
Let's put the Hallowed back in Halloween.......remember the term stands for Hallowed Eve--before All Saints Day. Even if one is not a Christian, one can make it a happy time for costumes and good fun.

Its EVIL because they are dressing up as Witches and Ghosts and everything...why do they have to collect candy on a evil
day with pumpkins around yard and things ?
Whats the point in all of that ?
It's Satan Decieving, if you want a good afterlife, my advice is to
not get decieved by EVIL !! Satan Enjoys all of that, you know why ? because its EVIL !!

The problem lies in those few sickos who put razor blades, poison, LSD, et cetera in the candy they give out! :-(
Otherwise, I tend to agree with you.
Of course, an alternative, to keep the kids safe, isn't such a bad idea, either, in which candy, games, et cetera, are offered inside a safe environment, such as the church fellowship hall, in which the kids can have fun, get candy, and have direct adult supervision in all that goes on.

Those who are so afraid of halloween, don't hesitate to teach their little children that a man named Santa:
KNOWS IF THEY'VE BEEN SLEEPING, KNOWS IF THEY'RE AWAKE, KNOWS IF THEY'VE BEEN GOOD OR BAD, AND NO BOLT NOR LOCK CAN KEEP HIM OUT, AND HE HAS A MIGHTY SHOUT, HE TRAVELS THROUGH THE SKY.
NO, THEY DON'T TEACH THEIR BABIES TO PRAY TO HIM, BUT RATHER TO WRITE TO HIM, AND IF THEY'VE BEEN GOOD, HE REWARDS US FOR BEING GOOD.
IS THAT RED SUIT THE BLOOD HE SHED???
KNOW WE TEACH OUR CHILDREN TO WORSHIP A FAKE, BUT BEWARE OF HALLOWEEN. SATAN'S DESIRE IS TO ROB GOD OF HIS GLORY, AND BOY DOES HE ACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGH SANTA; MOVE THE N FROM THE CENTER OF HIS NAME AND YOU GET SATAN.
THINK ABOUT IT.

sin looks and feels good. so of course people are going think it's "harmless". of course Satan enjoys it when people fall short of God's grace. that's his ultimate goal.
