Cannabis tenectures is a good way to ulilize the plants medicinal ingredients and perfect for those have problems smoking.......
Ingredients
cannabis tincture
honey
6 vitamin E capsules

Directions
Place the tincture in a double boiler over an electric heat source. Reduce the solution by half. Once reduced, add half the remaining volume of tincture of honey and the vitamin E capsules; for example, if you have 2 cups of tincture after reduction, add 1 cup of honey. Continue to reduce the mixture by constantly stirring until you are left with the same amount of liquid as you did with the first tincture reduction; for example, if you had 2 cups of tincture after the first reduction, you should end with 2 cups of tincture-honey mixture. Let cool to room temperature and store in a light-proof glass in the refrigerator.

The dosage should be between a teaspoon and a couple tablespoons. You can customize your elixirs by adding different herbs, like adding syrup of elderberry makes an effective treatment for influenza; or adding kava can provide greater pain control and sedation. With a little study in herbal medicine, you can customize your blends for any ailment. For the flu, use cannabis tincture with elderberry.

Don't get bogged down with smoking. Eating or making a tea is probably a better way to medicate a cold or the flu.

gobilly needs to go somewhere and get his facts straight rather than buy into all the government propaganda....it keeps the sun in the sky for 30 extra minutes not 12....and an hour during daylight savings time lol.....and some of us with six figure incomes prove your gas station theory wrong too......it probably won't be good for the flu other than to curb nausea and make you rest but won't do much for the upper respiratory symptoms

I would recommend putting it in food for consumption rather than smoking it if you are sick..just make yourself some brownies or weed tea and allow the endogenous cannabinoids, the THC and all the natural wonders this miracle drug possesses to heal you.

I wouldn't advise weed for a flu or a cold. It dries you out.

No, but like all the other pot heads, I'm sure you'll convince yourself that it will and smoke it anyway. I'm sure you could convince yourself that marijuana could keep the sun in the sky for an extra 12 minutes every day.....Oh, and enjoy that 10 hour shift at the gas station.
