I would go have a party with Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, and the Easter Bunny...that's about the same chance as me seeing god.

Assuming for a moment, as I believe you want me to, that all that bible nonsense were to turn out to be true (including the many many self-contradictions) .....

.... I'd go to hell.

It wouldn't be by any particular choice at that point.
It would just happen.

Though I'd be sure to make a sarky remark to Jesus about being a contrary sadist first... laugh a little... then get on with my hell-trip.

Unlike some people, I accept whatever comes my way. I am not so weak that I fear the consequences of my actions, when consequences occur.... whether I disbelieve them now or not.

[ And for the record, I am 100% certain (to the nearest trillionth of a percentile) that no such event will occur... which is precisely why I have answered the way I have. ]

Well, in the first place taneka, if you would read your bible, that is not how things are supposed to happen according to the bible. So let's say the lord comes back. He takes his people with him. What and who's left is here for the tribulation. Read Revelation for a better understanding, and quit asking half ****** questions.

I would go to streight to hell. No seriously though; what kinda question is that? Do every Christain a favor and start actualy showing the love of Christ instead of just trying to win another number. Go serve and love. Stop hardining the hearts of the lost by using the hell card. Soul winning isn't sales its getting involved in their lives and being their for them in the name of Jesus.

If the Lord came back now, he would be scheduled to appear on Oprah and Larry King. So, yes, I would follow him to channel 4.

Going Up!! Without a doubt.

Sorry "The Reverend Soleil" you are either remembering in error or you are mis-informed to some extent. We are saved by grace alone through faith. If we lack the faith of our salvation through the saving blood of Christ, then we are doomed to eternal damnation. We must accept the free gift of salvation rather than reject it. You are correct to say that it is not up to us, yet we can know for sure what the outcome will be if we have accepted this gift of salvation.

I heard someone say that heaven will have 3 surprises we didn't exspect to see. 1. you being there. 2. The person you thought would never make in. 3. that person you thought was going to be there did not make it there. Other than that I'm going to keep walking by faith until he comes the 2nd time around. God bless....ya prince.

one person posted that it's not up to us, but actually it is. John 3:16 says that "God so loved the WORLD, that he gave his only begotten son that WHOSOEVER believeth in should not PERISH but have EVERLASTING LIFE". However, there's more, Faith (that's the belief part) and Works (faith in action) coming together hand in hand and being transformed by the renewing of our minds thru Prayer and Meditation and reading the Bible...
Uhm, it's kinda cut 'n dried there. If you believe and keep his word you're going, if you don't...you won't.

I believe that I would go with him b/c only he knows my heart.

Well, I would hope that the Lord would take me, but I am not a perfect soul. Actually I am probably pretty evil in God's eyes. Who knows, but good question.

I would go with the Lord because I have accepted Him as my savior and do believe in Him. Because of that I should always try to live as He wants, but because I am human that is not always the case. However, since I am forgiven by His blood and sacrifice I would still get to go with Him. Wow - that is awesome. Praise God!!
