but nothing has been done about it, plus it's difficult to get talking in that enviroment. Is it ok if I were to break the ice by slipping him a note with my number and little message? I'm still pondering on the message.

If you know that the feeling is mutual, you should nonchalantly either give him your number in case he "needs anything," or ask him for his number in case "need anything." You shouldn't be aggressive and in his face, so you should approach this very casually.

If it's too loud for conversation, yes. Otherwise just talk to him. It's really just that easy.

god how i hate games...if you dont ask for what you want, dont ***** if you dont get it..the note should state what you want and ask if the feeling is mutual.
