The immediate chicken like ancester layed an egg with a slight mutation, just enough to make it a chicken. (Over simplified and compressing population dynamics into a singe individual I know, but, an allegory)

The egg came MILLIONS of years earlier than the chicken (which is a relatively modern evolution). The earliest dinos were laying eggs LONG before there were birds...much less chickens.

Irrelevent...There had to be a process by which the egg formed, and Creation is a one time deal not a process...so a process Evolution began and the egg was formed.
