It is going to be stressful for most people when they are in a place you don't know and there is a lot of traffic. All I can say is just try to relax and stay clam. And if you find that you can not see around the semi-trucks the simple solution to that is to bad off a little. Just remember that we (the truck drivers) have the same problems that every body else does when we go some where we have never been to.

Its not hard for me as I am a person who adapts to changes very well. The part that I hate about it is that I have to become an agressive driver since there is almost no common courtesies give out when in these situations.

Yes, because if you do not have a Stat Nav. you are not only trying to look through all three mirrors and find signpost often hidden by other things. you have to contend with "coathanger men" who drive too fast to reach their next cal and pedestrians trying to commit suicide. Stafford is the worst place I have driven in for a long time.

Sometimes it can be harder for different people some factors may be how well your vision is,how well you can focus on your lane and not be distracted and unnerved by other drivers. Not being familiar does not help because you don't know what to expect. .

Yes! I get stressed out and never know what lane I should be in. Getting a GPS has definitely helped me with that though :-)

Yes and no!
It is harder in the sense that you are learning about the new roads as you are driving on them!
It is easier in the sense that you are far more aware on new roads and far less aware on regular roads, as you are more compliant on the roads you know well!
