Well, I think first off, we really need you to use complete sentences to get any sort of idea of what's going on.
However, I've translated what you did give us and to summarize, She said she loved you and you didn't do anything. So she went out and found someone who would do something. This made you a little jealous, but you tried to play it off. But she was all flauntin it in your face, so you tried to get her back and she was all, I'm gonna play hard to get. But now she's put herself in a pickle because the guy she wanted and the guy she has are eventually going to want her to make a choice. You are also in a pickle because if she is serious about this dude, which we can't really tell from what you've given us, then the "man" thing to do is not to pursue her because hitting on someone's girlfriend or boyfriend when you know they are dating is the not coolest of the not cool.
Maybe you should ask her, straight out, what she's thinking, does she want to be with you or the BF and see where you stand. Asking strangers on Yahoo! isn't going to get you anywhere. Good luck, keep your game up.

She's either a cheater or a liar, which is pretty much redundant. Another possibility is she's trying to save face. She was probably embarrassed when you didn't respond to her telling you she loves you. AND/OR she's just plain crazy...you should never lead on a girl that you're truly not interested in.

it happened to my friend and she is in a lot of trouble with the law and she never new it was a child
