Ryanair question?

If i book a flight with ryanair and I choose airport check in with 0 bags(€3), can i then change it to online check in which is usually free after flight is booked,
And if I can does this cost extra?

No. Ryanair doesn't let you change any details of your booking online. If you now want to bring luggage, you have to pay in the airport.

If there is a charge that can be charged, you can be sure Ryanair will have found a way to make sure you pay it.
