You have to be careful w/seafood high in mercury. Expectant moms are told not to have it more than once or twice p/week. Avoid eating too much shark and definitely fried seafood!

I think you can safely eat seafood every day if you wanted to. You just need to be mindful of the fish that has high levels or mercury in it, maybe only eating them once a week or every two weeks.
Tuna is one of the ones that has a high level of mercury.

tuna can have high murcury content, and as long as it wild salmon its ok, shrimp i don't like so can't tell u anything about that.
