The private hospital below may give a second opinion-
some of the symptoms you list could be related to infection,in particular if you have fatigue.
Its possible your problem is related to chronic lyme disease-
see the symptom list at the second link below. If suspicious ,
the private hospital given below could investigate.

As you can guess from the name I've chosen for myself, I had the same problem. All my test results came back clear. I had much the same symptoms as you. After a while the vertigo changes to a different kind of dizziness - more a muzziness with pressure in the head. I also had severe indigestion, a tightness in the legs which changed to pain after a time. I had muscle twitches too, but no swollen glands.

O.K. I think I know what's wrong with you, but I don't think you'll believe me because I've come across 12 people to date and I haven't managed to convince any of them.

But here goes ....... I think you are suffering from Chronic Hyperventilation Syndrome, a condition which is not recognised by many doctors. I am sure it is the true cause of M.E. Here are 2 links.

This site gives a lot of information and the site owner is happy to answer questions. Don't be put off by all the references to asthma. However, this is only one method of curing your disorder. I used a different method. Here's a link.

It isn't a quick cure, but it worked for me in the end.

I have just recovered from a bout of vertigo which was diagnosed as an inner ear infection. When you lay down or bend down the room spins round 3 or 4 times. My doctors advice was don't bend down. I just ignored the symptoms and it eventually stopped. Your doctor is probably right but if it dose not get any better ask to see a specialist If it is a virus as mine was then antibiotics are ineffective but it will eventually go

I suffer from similar symptoms and have done for quite a while. I have had every test under the sun including MRI brain scan. A consultant neurologist finally diagnosed anxiety which I strongly opposed but he prescribed anti-depressants - short term and all the symptoms have disappeared. Perhaps he was right - food for thought!

Vertigo gives you the feeling that everything is spinning around. It can make you nauseated,
especially if you move your head side to side or
just moving your head around too much. It's like being on one of those wild amusement park rides that spins you around and around.Sometimes the fluid in you ears can become imbalanced because of certain ear problems.I never heard of vertigo being associated with the other symptoms
but it can make you sick enough to vomit if severe.

Have your ears been checked? It certainly sounds like an inner ear infection, and I am deducing that you are mistaking swollen glands for what really is inflamation of the inner ear.

vertigo means nothing more than the feeling of spinning... so i'll tell you it's worse... eat more often... have them check your heart... i went through the same thing.
