we only use 1% and we are brilliant. famouse people like scientist, etc are said to have used 3%. if the invented things using only 3% of their brains, then it is non-imaginable what he can do if he uses 100% of his brain!!!!

Its misquoted; Its that your average person only uses that portion of their brain "at any given time"; you use all of your brain, just not all at once... this was misrepresented by groups that wanted to support the idea of ESP and other paranormal powers...

If you could use it all at once, you would merely be more intelligent and be an excellent problem solver... You are not going to be telepathic or something like that...

That is a myth, I'm afraid, and quite an old one, going back about 100 years. It gets quoted often in the popular press, and is an old stand-by of proponents of ESP and other woo-woo stuff, but there is no substance in it at all!
