First thing bro, get rid of your lazyness. This is going to be a hard and long fight and you have got to put forth %110 ok?

Now, the BEST way to burn fat, and any personall trainer will tell you, is to run in the morning b4 breakfast. WHen you go to sleep at the night the body stores fat and when you run in the morning it forces your body to burn fat effectively and fast!

Your diet needs to change. Im sure having to run the family hasn't left you time for a healthy meal, but no excuses. 6 small meals a day. Low fat protein, whole wheats, fruits, veggies and water.

Also try joining a gym. It may be intimidating at first, but its not a competition with other people. Good luck man, and if you have any questions email me.

For me, this question itself is already not making sense. How can a certain height be too "this" or too "that"? Is it some sort of disease if you're "too tall" at fourteen? Even if you were "too tall", what could you or anyone, do about it? It would be a problem if you were underweight for this height, which *is* above the norm, but that's just it: if the weight is a problem, you can do something about that, but not the height. Though, weight doesn't seem to be the problem... the problem is asking this question. So you're a little taller and have a few more curves than the others. I'm not trying to minimize the pain you can feel from living with your height, but please try to realize how idiotic people are throwing you nasty comments (what does your head size have to do with height anyway?), how so many others are this height, what matters is that you at least like and respect yourself so that others can do the same and that everyone will catch up in the end. Just focus on your education, family, friends, happines and feeling inner peace with yourself. Embrace this slight "difference" of yours and be proud! Hope this helped and good luck! =)

First:
* You're far from lazy. - You do lead a somewhat
unhealthy lifestyle, but not of your own choosing.

* You're not too far out of line on weight/height ratio.

* You are to be complimented on helping the family
and keeping up with your own schoolwork.

Advice:
* Don't try to diet. - It's unhealthy at your age and
in your circumstances, would hurt more than
it would help.

*Try to be more active while doing what you have
to do. Play actively with the kids a bit. Pick the
smaller ones up now and again. (Play Breaks
can actually help their concentration on their
homework).

* Try to find time for some stretches, sit-ups, and
push-ups, (not too many, 10-20 each), maybe
before you shower, or before bed.
(You will sleep better, muscle tone will improve).
When they get easy, go to twice a day.
It doesn't take too long and the results will come.

5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..

You are within your healthy BMI and at 14 you still have a few years to mature and gain the muscles that a mature man would have. I suggest that you try a high fiber low fat diet and work on sit-ups or crunches. If you can get out then walking will work well for you too. Try taking everyone including your new girl friend for long walks.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
