I just reformatted my cdrive and for some reason when I got all my windows updates, and such, I run antisyware, antivirus, no bugs, spyware, BUT now when ever I use ie it freezes for 10-30 seconds and then i can scroll through the page and when i switch pages or navigate through different open windows and try to change to the next page, I freezes.... So annoying!!! PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE MY PC ENDS UP THROUGH THE BEDROOM WINDOW!!!

Hey that sounds very familar to my situation way back when...It was caused by a setting in your anti-virus/spyware or firewall settings....they are checking page for ad blocking and such and because they are processing information on the page it has a bit of a delay before it can let you proceed...i hated that thing and ended up turning that feature off and relying on FireFox's built in ad blocking....As an experiment i recommend you shut down all your anti- programs and firewall and see if speeds improve..if they do then put each back on and see which is causing it and then surf its options to find what is causing it
