Probably gearing up to have your little one! I woke up really nauseated the morning of the day I went into labor with my first child. You might give a call to your obstetrician and see what they say. Try to get some rest, as much as possible, because once the baby is here it's very hard if you're sleep deprived! Congrats and here's to you having that baby soon!

Call your OB and let them know since it's a sudden change. It may just be that you're about to go into labor and the hormones triggering labor are causing you to be sick. I've been going through the same thing and due in about a week. I also went through that with my son...morning sickness all day through the entire first trimester and then it came back about 2 weeks before I delivered.
That or you may have gotten a stomach bug.

Morning sickness comes back in the late stages of pregnancy. Nausea can also be a sign of early labour. I have a friend who spent the whole night on the bathroom floor she was so sick, the next day she had her baby :). If its unbearable maybe call your doctor?

What you are experiencing are your hormones changing one last time before you have your baby. You may or may not have vomiting during your labor, but don't be surprised if you do - it's perfectly normal. Given the fact that you feel so lousy, it sounds like you are in labor, or very close to it.
Congratulations & good luck
