The easiest way is to work with your natural curl. First aply a curl activating creme to wet hair(tresseme makes a good one) this gets rid of the frizz. Then work in about a fiftey cent piece worth of mousse. Next use a diffuser ( big thing that goes on your blow dryer it kind looks like a shower head) if you don't have one of these just set the blow dryer on low and strunch as you go.Finish with a light hairspray If you want to use a curling iron do the first two steps but then blow dry staight. Next use a straightening iron to get rid of the remainig frizz. Now you're ready to curl your hair. The fastest way is with curlers but you can do it with a curling iron too. I know its a lot to do and it takes a couple hours but the results are pretty dang good.

i have naturally curly hair too and this is what i do:
use infusium shampoo brush your hair while you are washing it dont wait until it is dry (causes frizz) put about a quarter size of mousse on your hair kind of scrunching it as you go and comb it out (this is while it is still wet). Don't blow dry it (causes more frizz) let it dry naturally and do what it wants. Try not to wash it everyday because it's bad for the curls and also will make it more frizzier.
hope this helps!
