PUMPKIN SEEDS

1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin seeds
Cookie sheet

Mix all ingredients and coat and mix pumpkin seeds. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours or until crisp, stir occasionally.

Lightly spritz them with vegetable oil (last night I used a mix of olive and peanut), dust them with salt and then put them in a shallow baking pan at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir about halfway through.

Mine came out /great/. They were pretty small though, perhaps 30 minutes for larger seeds.

250 degrees for 40-45 minutes...until they are completely dried out and very lightly browned.

350 for 1 hour. Check them periodically to make sure they don't burn!
