If Israel’s survival as a refuge for persecuted Jews requires continued victimization of Palestinians, what should Jews do?

Moneymaker, I had not realized that I put the victimization of Palestinians until you pointed that out. Oh dear.

Radisca, are we really like that?
stealing candy from little kids, drown helpless puppies, have sex through a hole in a sheet, control the world's banks, run Hollywood, and breathe other people's oxygen.

Please do not distort the truth - Arabs are victimizing themselves.

Until Jews live in Israel Arabs will be "victimized" by the Jewish presence.

It is either the Jews or the Arabs, and I say simply separate them completely from each other. Jordan is a great place for Arabs.

Well, Mahatma Ghandi believed that all Jews should kill themselves, at least the European Jews. I guess in his and his followers' minds, that constituted the "non-violent" solution to the Middle East conflict.

Notice how none of the pro-Palestinian answers given so far state what the Jews should actually do -- where they should go and how they can defend themselves against historic persecution without a homeland.

Scottie: Thank you for lecturing us on what we think. In light of that, you forgot to add how we should stop stealing candy from little kids, drown helpless puppies, have sex through a hole in a sheet, control the world's banks, run Hollywood, and breathe other people's oxygen.

EDITED to Malka: Yes, Malka, we really are like that -- the cat is out of the bag, so it's no use denying it. When people "tolerate" us, it's so ******* kind of them, it just blows my Jewish mind. Doesn't it blow your Jewish mind?

lol Malka...I've been starring at your question for a long time. Go take your medicine. Your question is really tough, it will make some stand out in a crowd maybe to be "hated" more or felt like that anyway.
I don't want to tell Israelis what they "should" do. No one likes that so I will say, "If I was an Israeli, I would want peace. I would be so tired after 60 years. And I would feel for the Palestinians, and maybe i'm sure many actually do. I would do my best to make an even better land offer, I would think ok one state solution even. Whatever its going to take. I would talk to Hamas and be proud while doing it. I would remember God, and remember that while we're alive on this earth , God doesn't like war, God loves Peace!

Well to be honest, the "persecution" of jews is only being carried out in israel because of their continued victimization of the Palestinians.

So long as Israel continues to force their existence in the gaza strip, there will be violence and bombings in the gaza strip.

Both parties are at fault and neither has the better moral stance despite how much they want to pretend they do.

We should recognize that the only real "victimization" is being done and/or caused by other Arabs... .like those that refused to accept Arabs who fled Israel in 48, and the others that kicked them out of their countries over the years, and the internecine killing of one arab by another.

Jews have a lot to improve on, no question... but we aren't victimizing... we're the one's being attacked. Take away the suicide bombs, kassam rockets, etc. and Israel returns to its relatively easy-going non-repressive state. But we have the right to defend ourselves, even if others want to call that barbarism and villainy.

Redisca- Since you admit to doing all those things and obviously know they are wrong a lecture by me would do no good.

(By the way, my answer was in jest and would be taken as such by sane-minded people. Whoo! gets it!)
