About two lbs a week if sedentary, and maybe double if you exercise a lot. A pound a day is often claimed, but seldom experienced. Most Americans are too sedentary. I juice fasted once for 30 days straight. You gotta watch juice fasting with Orange Juice, or especially Carrot Juice, you can actually (if a White person) get your skin to turn a nice orange tint. Really groovy!

How much of what is the question. I am no Dr., but I would suggest you don't try this. OJ is high in citric acid and vitamin C, both of which are not necessarily harmful in a balanced diet, however when it is your main source of nourishment I believe this would be very stressful on your body.
The thing with diets is they don't work. The answer to losing weight and getting in shape is Moderate exercise and a balanced diet. Our bodies need many different minerals, fats, acids, proteins and bacterium to function properly.
When you delete 99% of these in order to lose weight you are going to stress your body and cause parts of your system to shut down and malfunction. Please don't be a slave of the media. Love yourself, workout some, and eat a little bit of everything. Relax and enjoy life. :)

You will lose a lot as is commonly the case from starvation and then you will gain back to where you were + 10% because your body will cling on to fat as you are in starvation mode. Plus you will probably die from malnutrition, although I guess when rigor mortis sets in you will probably lose a lot.
I would never recommend anyone to fast for 3 weeks, the hospital bills are ridiculous.

Well depends.
If your OVER 10 stones or over THEN you should concider dieting, and even that depends on your height.
If you cut down by atleast 500 kcls than u have now and excersise that will work MUCH better than an ornage juice fast :)
That will just put on jucie weight lool :)

I don't think you'll lose any weight. Not only does this diet sound unhealthy, but there is alot of acidity in O.J. Too much of this will really through your body for a loop. Gout can also be caused by having too much acid in the body. My advice is to not do it.

Bad idea. OJ is very acidic. You'll be in severe pain. Eat some food, dude.

lots of weight lost. However, this is terrible for your health, not getting array of proteins, carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals that bodies need.
