"Thou shall not murder." It's one of the 10 commandments.
In Romans, we are told to follow the law of the land. If terrorist are killing people, they must be stopped. Period.
You can't reason with someone that has no reasoning. When their goal is to kill as many people as possible, they must be stopped.
Jesus doesn't tell anyone to murder anyone. However, terrorist don't follow the law. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
Hope that helps!

God will not condone anyone to kill a terrorist, however the own terrorist is condoning him self, until he regrests all the things he did.

First, if you knew a rapist or murderer...is it okay to kill them? Second of all, you have to define terrorist. The U.S. has terrorized it's own people and people abroad for the last 200 years. Search for truth.

If I knew a terrorist I would call the FBI.
If I knew a terrorist and I had no choice but to kill him or watch as he kills others. I would kill him. God is my judge not you.

Its hard to decide if God would like killing to save lives. If one terrorist was going to kill themselves anyways but take 30 people with him, why shouldn't a sniper reach out and touch him/her. It is one sin preventing two (killing others, killing yourself). As my favorite movie might say, Its for the greater good.

It depends on if the terrorist was in the new testament or the old. Jesus would save...God would show his wrath

If it's in self defense, then yes.
It's better to kill 1 man and save 10 people than to let that man live to just move on and kill the 10 people you could've saved.
